Authorization Issue

Quite a few users are experiencing an issue accessing their Incognito app. When they open the app, they receive the following error:

@George_Rudenberg, good question. Security certificates require renewal. When they lapse, this happens. SSL certs are typically easy to renew though. It looks like Incognito has at least two certs they need to renew. The team is working on it.

I’ve got this problem too.

Why did not renew the certificate? Who is responsible for this? Why not done on time? Why make people worry? Are we playing in the sandbox with the kids?

I think all that matters is the issue is fixed. I’m sure the devs will give us a rundown of what happened at some point.

I agree. I’m just a perfectionist)) and all sorts of minor problems that someone did not pay attention to in time, irritate me.
