I even saw it on digital ocean and it’s a new vps like 24hrs

Seems like that’s the docket stats becuase when looking on the outside digital ocean doesn’t show 100% cpu usage

This is extremely common when you’re first setting up the VPS and first setting up incognito. You should be running updates and upgrades on first boot which will peg the CPU and memory high as well as the disk usage. When you first startup incognito on a new instance it will use high CPU, memory, disk write and bandwidth because it is downloading some 12 Gb or so of files.

How long do you think that should last I am seeing the usage now around 90% it’s been 36 hours total.

Also this server has 2x 12 cores, 38gb ram 1 tb ssd

Now I know why you’re wanting to do shared hosting with others. That’s rather beefy.

I think it should be dying down soon. Unfortunately it doesn’t matter how beefy your computer is if the data download source isn’t very fast (read too many people pulling from it).

In under 24 hours, you should see the server load drop down. But to be honest you shouldn’t be too worried about it unless it’s at your house.

Yeah I use it for some businesses I run but i realized i was at total usage around 10% so Im now running two vnodes on it… But offering for others a free week and 18PRV a month. If anything this will help new comers get into PRV cheaper and bring a higher market cap to PRV we all win lol!

While I have 3 Vnodes Running at 100% CPU
I ran a real time speed test for 60 seconds
450 mbs Download
200 mbs Upload

Still hits over 100% now been 36hours

Was reading online that this is completely normal with a multicore server. I also spun up a new docker instance running only one Vnode and got the same thing.
