So I did not know you where supposed to shield bitcoin when sending it from a different wallet so will it just go back to the wallet I sent it from or?

The Shield function is the same as Receive Out Network.
Did try to deposit and it didn’t end up in your account?
If so, send me your txid, the deposit address, and the incognito wallet account address is should end up in.

What kind of transaction did you try to perform?
A deposit. Revieve from outside network.
Send me the txid from the external chain.
The deposit address you used on Incognito chain.
The Incognito wallet account address it was supposed to end up in.
