Help! Sent to wrong section - pDEXWithdraw

I accidentally sent some BTC to my pDEXWithdraw Shield account instead of the usual ‘Account’ section. It’s not been pending for a few hours, but the sender side says complete.

Is there anything I can do to get this to the correct account on Incognito?
