[SOLVED] Crypto transfer time limit

I initiated a transfer from my external wallet to Incognito wallet. It’s been over 2 hours and my address is now expired. I see no trace of the transfer in Incognito. Sender says the transaction is completed after 3 hours. Could you please help locate my coins?
