Staking withdraw more than 5 hours, and still pending

Hi, my withdraw from staking pool initated about 5 hours ago, but it is still pending. I wonder why? anyone helps?

For Node Pool, we take PRV from user to stake. We keep a reserve of PRV for withdrawal. Since the withdrawal volume is unexpectedly high, so the reserve is just out of PRV, now we need to wait to unstake Node.

I withdrew PRV from staking on APP 30 hours ago and still “pending”.

Mine is pending for more than 2 days, hope this be fixed soon.

This is one of issue of staking pool. During withdraw huge volume. It will be delay a couples days. Due to short of prv reserve.

but if you withdraw small amount. It will be around 15 to 20 minutes

Why would a downward PRV price trend cause delays while upward PRV price trend never a delay. What controls the speed of transactions? My $1,000 investment turned into $759 due to the delay.

Thanks, may I ask what the mechanism of staking reserve is? Who control the reserve? What is the reserve used for? I’m curious about these.
