I dont know how everything works on the back end but I was wondering its been more than 24hrs since I had to post my tx hash because my transaction expired in the wallet after I already sent it from kucoin. I have screenshots and everything. Maybe you guys need a dedicated customer service person to handle inquiries because the response time is slow. Im also waiting for a pNode i ordered in May

In the middle of May, we ran a promotion so all the Nodes were sold out. Now we are preparing the new Node for all pending orders and your Node is scheduled to ship on July 15 - July 30.
