Hey Bob, I’m digging a little bit deeper into this case to make sure it won’t happen again. Can you tell me when did you make the withdrawal on the app? Is it “July 01 02:51PM”? Also, what is the timezone here?

The time zone is UTC +2 (Central European Time)

What I think caused it was that I made a bigger withdrawal that was failed. Then, when I tried another one with a smaller amount, it never went passed pending, since there was another one that was pending as well.
