Is there a way to manually set trade route? My trades keep routing through USDC and I would like to be able to manually avoid this. Does anyone around here know how/if this can be done?

Yes, you can manually set the trade path via the Incognito CLI. This is a more advance feature so it was made available on the CLI. You’ll want to use the --tradePath variable. https://github.com/incognitochain/incognito-cli/blob/main/commands.md#pdeaction_trade
