API for Wallet/Account Management

I need to create a bulk of Incognito chain accounts (like in the mobile apps) but I couldn’t see any entry API function to do this.

API for Validator functions (Withdraw, Balance Check, Stake, Unstake)

It would be good if Incognito provides us with API or RPC structures for validator functions, especially for withdrawing. In that case, VPS owners may run Validator functions in their VPS’es. So they don’t need to keep the app open for a while.
